EGCG and Cancer
Green tea is a daily beverage in Japan, one of the countries with the lowest cancer occurrences in the world. Cancer prevention with green tea has been studied for 30 years, specifically the chemopreventive effects of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).
Intravenous EGCG is part of our anti-cancer IV regimen used to curb and prevent cancer growth. Studies have shown that consumption of green tea can not only delay cancer onset but also inhibit metastasis and prevent reoccurrence following cancer treatment. Scientist were also able to show that EGCG and green tea extract inhibit the growth of human cancer cell lines.
